decent stay, some issues
central location clean room near restaurants open safe no kettle no tea cups
the location was central. it was near the city center. the room was clean and excellent. i liked that it was near loads of restaurants.
the safe was open after our second day out. nothing was lost, but it wasn't great. there was no kettle or even tea cups in the room. there was a fridge though.

coffee machine real downside
the location was acceptable it was close to many attractions and metro stations.
the room lacked basic amenities there was no coffee machine or hot water available i found that quite irritating considering the price point the lack of coffee was a real downside

Fantastic CENTRAL Location
central location clean room comfortable bed helpful staff
I appreciated the proximity to plaza de españa. It was only a short walk. THE room was clean and well kept. i also found the bed very comfortable. the staff addressed any issues promptly.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet. It was quite minor though.

My stay included a comfortable bed and spacious room. the breakfast options were good and plentiful. the location provides great access. It is easy to get around.

i found the staff very helpful and approachable. the lobby provided very comfortable furniture. the location offered easy access to attractions. i appreciated that the front desk staff seemed invested in.
the absence of tea or coffee facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience.

faulty air conditioning missing facilities
the room was a good size and the shower was nice.
i was a bit let down by a few things. the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, so it was quite warm in the room (it was difficult to get comfortable). also, there weren't any tea or coffee facilities in the room, which i really missed.

the location is great i think. it's really easy access to the main part of the city because walking, biking, and subway are available. breakfast is a good value for money i thought. the staff was very nice and helpful especially the barman too.
The air conditioning was too warm and the controls do not work it was a bit frustrating. it was hard to sleep too because of it. the pillows are very uncomfortable ugh. no tea or coffee making facilities is offered. Also no iron.
